Refund Policy
Where you stand on refunds for digital training content.
Digital content
The training is digital content delivered immediately after payment. Under UK consumer law, the 14-day cancellation right for digital content ends once you agree to immediate access and begin using the course. You confirm this agreement at checkout.
Before you access the course
If you have paid but have not yet accessed any course content, contact us within 14 days and we will refund your payment in full.
Problems with access
If something is wrong — you cannot access the course, or the content is not as described — contact us. We will put it right, and where we cannot, we will refund you.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 working days.
